Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or if you received the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you immediately at no extra cost.
To claim a replacement or refund, please email our support team at Hello@ashvatura.com within 14 days of delivery.
You must include your order number and a clear photograph showing the damage or the mistake.
Opened Products & Changed Minds
Due to health and safety regulations regarding ingestible health supplements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, unsealed, or used. We also do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the order has been processed and shipped. All sales on opened or shipped dietary supplements are final.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was lost in transit and never delivered, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will dispatch a replacement shipment to you free of charge.
